Horizon 0-5 is the regional early childhood consultation body on the island of Montreal, bringing together partners working with young Montreal children. Our goal is to contribute to the well-being and educational success of Montreal children aged 0-5 by strengthening our ability to act together at the regional level and in line with local communities
