Collectif des enterprises d'insertion du Québec - Projet Intégration Montréal

The program has a duration of 32 to 40 weeks. The first 6-7 weeks is filled with preparatory workshops that emphasize on attitudes and behaviors when looking for a job and wanting to be hired somewhere. In the meantime, the Francisation cohort, concentrates on learning and speaking French. Participants then pursue the program and make their way onto a work integration social enterprise (WISE) that they have showed interest for, while continuing their weekly group meetings.
